You can request account closure anytime in Settings > Account Closure. We'll verify any pending withdrawals, freeze your balance, and delete your account after 30 days unless you reactivate it. Closed accounts cannot reopen under the same email; you may register again with a new address after the waiting period.

Yes. Go to Account > Disputes and file a formal complaint within 30 days of the transaction. Describe what happened, attach screenshots if possible, and our team will investigate within 10 business days. We review game logs, payment records and account activity to resolve the dispute fairly.

Account eligibility depends on local law. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to play online games for real money. Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted cannot create an account. We verify age and location at registration and before your first withdrawal.
